Darlene is the Broker/Owner of Nelson-Minahan Realtors. She has been involved in property management for the past 12 years, purchasing the company in 2010 from Kathy Fitzpatrick. Darlene had been a small business owner for 20 years in the Allouez/De Pere area prior to purchasing Nelson-Minahan Realtors. Darlene is both a licensed broker and real estate agent in Wisconsin. She is also a Certified Assisted Housing Manager, a member of the Wisconsin Apartment Association and a member of the Allouez Business Association.
Kathy Fitzpatrick, Broker/Business Consultant
Kathy Fitzpatrick owned Nelson-Minahan Realtors and has been involved in property management for the past 24 years, purchasing the company from in 1994 from Tom Nelson. Kathy is both a licensed broker and real estate agent in Wisconsin. She also has an Associated Degree in accounting. Kathy's experience includes being involved as an owner/manager of apartments, property development and rehabilitation with a strong commitment to property and asset management.
